Jose Noel was born and raised in Queens, New York. He started off as a dancer and later discovered theatre in High school. His first ever production was In The Heights where he was, ensemble member #4. Later in college he fell in loved with Directing, Stage Managing and Set Designing. He got his bachelors in Theatre from Hunter College.

As a director he is passionate about storytelling and new works. Plays are made up of events. Discovering these events is the key to find the rhythm, the staging and the design of the play.

As a Stage Manager he has a balance of being organized and flexible. He has worked on festivals indoors and outdoors. Working with a variety of different artists from dancers to musicians.

 Jose truly likes a challenge and thinking outside of the box. As a Set Designer he likes to do abstract work and push the normalcy of the design.
